At Hula Hai, we take pride in providing high-quality, plant-based energy beverages. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement. All exchanges are subject to review, To possibly qualify for an exchange, you must:

Contact Us Within 3 Days – Email info@hulahai.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and time-stamped photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging. 

Receive Exchange Approval – Once our internal review is completed and your request is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Products ordered in error

  • Changes of preference or taste

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards
